Common Issues
Can we request a custom solution?
We can provide custom tools or feature to each solution to suit your specific needs. Let us know which solution you are interested in and describe the cutomisation you require.
How does the project start?
In the majority of cases a meeting is not necessary and 90% of websites are completed via email and telephone only. We use a secure Client Area during development allowing clients to privately view the website during development.
Will our website design be a pre-designed template?
No. Fresh Recruit will develop a bespoke design solely for your business. Our professional design team will use your existing branding and colour schemes to develop a CSS compliant design. Fresh Recruit does not use template libraries and does not re-use existing designs.
What is CSS?
CSS is an acronym for Cascading Style Sheets which are becoming more widely used by web browsers. CSS is used to describe how an HTML document should be formatted. Websites that use CSS load faster due to the separation of the website design and a website content. CSS is developed and maintained by the W3C and is considered to be a web standard.
Will our website design be" Search Engine" friendly?
Yes. Fresh Recruit will optimise all websites to a basic level during the development process. This will include the use of specific tags in the website HTML code and optimising of the website content.
Will our recruitment website have ongoing support?
Fresh Recruit will provide all client sites with free ongoing support whilst hosted on our servers. We are unable to provide support for any websites hosted on third party web servers as they will not be under Fresh Recruit’s control.
How long will it take to build our website?
It depends on the complexity and design of your website. A basic Vacancy Manager website will not take more than 2-3 weeks to design and develop. On the other hand a Job Board website may take up to 2 months to develop. Freshpoint Recruitment develops a timeline for each project which shows clients development time as well as billing dates so that clients can forecast their cash flow.
How do we pay Fresh Recruit?
On project work we can use Standing Orders or email invoicing to take payments. We generally request 4 equal payments of 25% of the project value which is spread of the duration of the project development. Ongoing payments such as hosting are paid by Standing Order on a monthly basis.
Can we have further developments made to our website?
Fresh Recruit can add or alter any features included in our packages as well as develop bespoke applications or even entire systems. If you have any special requirements simply call us to discuss.
Do you guarantee that our website will always be available?
No web hosting service can guarantees 100% uptime. However we can say that our servers have had 100% up time for many years. Should our servers have any problems we do have the necessary backup in place to deal with this issue quickly and efficiently.
