		Virus scanned emails We scan all emails for viruses, these virus signatures are updated several times per day. We use two separate Anti-Virus scanners to ensure all viruses are caught.
		Weekly backups We take weekly back-ups of all sites and daily backups of all MS SQL databases. These backups are also mirrored off site at a completely separate location for disaster recovery purposes.
