The Role
A great opportunity for an all-round administrator to join our well-established client based in Stevenage.
Responsibilities
This is a varied administrative role providing support to the management teams as well as the client services support teams.
- Providing vital professional support to clients, advisers and other team members
- To actively support the consultant and client on Group Risk & Healthcare Schemes, Employee Benefits including Workplace Pensions) and any other products covered under the company’s consultancy services.
- Upload monthly pension contribution spreadsheet to provider
- Undertake some annual review tasks
- Key assistance in the research, set up and ongoing record keeping
- Ad hoc project work when required
- Dealing with corporate client queries raised by either employer/employee/insurer/adviser
- Investigate and resolve errors
Candidate Specification
- Ability to work with and ensure accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Excel is essential
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- A distinct advantage to have a knowledge of the financial services sector and relevant FCA regulations
