Fresh Recruit (Herts) Ltd are an independent recruitment agency specialising in helping candidates find either temporary or permanent employment within the areas of Herts, Beds and the Home Counties.

This Privacy Policy explains what we do with your personal data, whether we are in the process of helping you find a job, continuing our relationship with you once we have found you a role, providing you with a service, receiving a service from you, using your data to ask for your assistance in relation to one of our candidates or you are simply visiting our website.

1. What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you register with us or place an order for our services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys and provide feedback.

Candidate Data:

In order to provide the best possible employment opportunities that are tailored to your skills and experience, we need to process certain information about you.  We only ask for details that will genuinely help us to help you, such as your name, age, contact details, education details, employment history, emergency contacts, immigration status, bank details, if you have asked us to seek temporary employment for you and National Insurance number. Where appropriate and in accordance with the law and requirements, we may also collect information related to your health, diversity and details of any criminal convictions.

Client Data:

If you are a client of Fresh Recruit, we need to collect and use information about you or individuals at your organisation, in the course of providing you services such as 1) finding suitable candidates who are the right fit for you and your organisation, 2) notifying you of content published by Fresh Recruit which is likely to be relevant and useful to you.

Supplier Data:

We require a small about of information from our suppliers to ensure that things run smoothly.  We need contact details of relevant individuals at your organisation so that we can communicate with you.  We also need other information such as your bank details so that we can pay for the services you provide us with.

We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.


2. Google Analytics

When someone visits www.fresh-recruit.co.uk we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, where we are able to collect information on details of visitor’s behaviour patterns to our site. We do this to find out how many visitors we attract and how long they stay on our site for. This information does not identify anyone. We do not make or allow Google to find out identities of those visiting our website.
