Experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant – Choose Your Sector | Hitchin / Hybrid | Flexible Hours

Are you an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant with industry knowledge, established client relationships, and the motivation to bill and deliver without being micro-managed?

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

  • Understand clients’ business models, hiring needs, and company cultures.

  • Manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle, from job brief to placement.

  • Attend client meetings, either remotely or in person, as required.

Candidate Management:

  • Source, attract, and interview high-quality candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, and social media.

  • Write compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.

  • Provide candidates with detailed interview preparation and feedback.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow your client base.

  • Negotiate terms of business and build long-term partnerships.

  • Maintain market knowledge to identify new trends and opportunities.

Recruitment Operations:

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company procedures.
