The Role
We are seeking two Nightshift Associates to join a dynamic busy warehouse, working within a special order team.
This important role involves supporting customers with special orders i.e laminated flooring templates, pre-cutting flooring to customers requirements, sending samples, applying self-adhesive to flooring and reverse welding- all these skills will be taught!
The successful candidate will be an organised, reliable individual with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to develop their skills with a genuine desire to learn and understand the importance of teamwork.
The night shift pattern you will be required to work is 10pm-6am Sunday-Thursday at £17.16 an hour, training will take approx 4-5 weeks and will be carried out on a rotating shift 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm so its essential that you can work this shift pattern while training before moving onto the nightshift.
These position are to start with immediate effect so would not suit candidates that are permanently employed.
The rate of pay is £17.16 an hour including paid breaks.
