The Role

Based in the account handling team, managing day to day enquiries from existing customers


Responsibilities

  • Answering calls from customers or meeting them face to face in the office
  • Review and process amendments to policies arising from changes to circumstances
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling
  • Investigate, consult on, and process claims
  • Delivering a good customer service experience at all times

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Hours:  Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

 

 

 


Candidate Specification

  • Be self motivated and willing to learn
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Be able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement
  • Be comfortable working in a regulated environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent of A-C grades including Maths, and English
  • Car Owner/driver is required due to location of office
