The Role
Based in the account handling team, managing day to day enquiries from existing customers
Responsibilities
- Answering calls from customers or meeting them face to face in the office
- Review and process amendments to policies arising from changes to circumstances
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling
- Investigate, consult on, and process claims
- Delivering a good customer service experience at all times
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Candidate Specification
- Be self motivated and willing to learn
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Be able to problem solve, use own initiative and judgement
- Be comfortable working in a regulated environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent of A-C grades including Maths, and English
- Car Owner/driver is required due to location of office
