The Role
An experienced insurance professional required to deal with existing clients
Responsibilities
- Undertake reviews of existing policies, predominantly commercial policies, but will include other sectors as well. Reviews will be a mix of face to face and over the phone.
- Cross sell the full range of the company’s products and services
- Effectively manage your time to balance client reviews, pre and post review work
- Maintain and constantly develop knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

- Must be able to demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to valued clients
- A good team play but also able to work on your own initiative
- Able to show initiative and have a ‘can do attitude’
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as good relationship building abilities
- Self motivated and willing to learn
- Be comfortable working in a regulated environment
- Strong IT literacy, proficient in MS Office applications
- Previous insurance experience essential
- Car owner/driver due to location
