The Role
Business Development Manager (BDM) Full Time
Hatfield office based position (no remote/hybrid working)
Job Purpose: To support Membership with account management, retention, support projects, membership processes and CRM maintenance.
Responsibilities
Engage with members, to provide good customer experience throughout their membership.
Make courtesy calls as directed by the Managing Director and record on CRM
Make 1-2-1 meetings where necessary to be held at head office or virtually.
Support with renewal calls, prior to renewal being sent and once payment has been received.
Support the new membership set up process, invoice, and report.
Support with Peer-2-Peer introductions.
Ensure CRM is always kept up to date and maintained to a high standard.
Attend Membership weekly meeting.
Attend various events when requested and needed.
Cover various duties of other Account Managers and Senior Account Manager in absences.
Candidate Specification
Proven track record within sales, driven by targets with an ability to build business relationships.
KPI’s:
Retention to remain above 90%
Account Calls – Minimum 25 per day
Renewal calls
Paid members renewals
Process new member applications
Funded Support Packages to complete end of September
Bring in new revenue through upgrades, new members, and sponsorship £1,000 per month
