Nightshift Manufacturing Operative
A well respected company in Letchworth is currently recruiting for a Night shift factory operative to work on a on-going basis with the possibility of going permanent in the future.
You will initially be responsible for working at the end of a manufacturing line sliding rolls of flooring into cages, you will also be trained on the various aspects of the manufacturing process including under coat, top coat, mixing colours along with career development opportunities.

You will initially be responsible for working at the end of a manufacturing line sliding rolls of flooring into cages, you will also be trained on the various aspects of the manufacturing process including under coat, top coat, mixing colours along with career development opportunities.
Full training is given so it’s not essential that candidates have previous experience within this type of environment, however a desire to learn new skills and work as part of a team are important.
The night shift pattern you will be required to work is 11pm-7am Monday-Wednesday, Thursday 11pm-6am and 10pm-7am on a Sunday.
The rate of pay is £17.16 an hour including paid breaks.

Candidate Specification
Full training is given so it’s not essential that candidates have previous experience within this type of environment, however a desire to learn new skills and work as part of a team are important.
The night shift pattern you will be required to work is 11pm-7am Monday-Wednesday, Thursday 11pm-6am and 10pm-7am on a Sunday.
