Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Understand clients’ business models, hiring needs, and company cultures.

Manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle, from job brief to placement.

Attend client meetings, either remotely or in person, as required.
Candidate Management:

Source, attract, and interview high-quality candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, and social media.

Write compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.

Provide candidates with detailed interview preparation and feedback.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity.
Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow your client base.

Negotiate terms of business and build long-term partnerships.

Maintain market knowledge to identify new trends and opportunities.
Recruitment Operations:

Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company procedures.
